Grounded in the gentle wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, we'll practice returning to the things that sustain us, and keep us healthy. in mind, body and emotions. Learning what works for us and what we can let go of. You'll find out what your "non-negotiables" are for balance and equilibrium. And stick to them with ease. Your lifestyle choices will reflect your commitment to your health and your self-care habits will be simple, effective and sustainable. You can develop strong friendships within the community, based on deep mutual connection, support, wisdom and inspiration. Join me in this year-long ride to remembering your twinkle!
